Tanggung Jawab
- Lead the design and implementation of solar energy systems for commercial and industrial applications
- Oversee system maintenance, troubleshooting, and performance optimization
- Conduct site assessments and feasibility studies for solar installations
- Ensure compliance with local renewable energy regulations and safety standards
- Manage engineering resources and coordinate cross-functional project teams
- Develop technical documentation and operational manuals for solar systems
- Monitor system performance data and implement efficiency improvements
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in solar energy system design and implementation
- Strong knowledge of solar PV components, inverters, and energy storage systems
- Proficiency in engineering software (AutoCAD, PVsyst, etc.)
- Valid Professional Electronics Engineer (PECE) license
- Experience leading engineering teams and project management
- Knowledge of Philippine energy regulations (DOE, ERC)
