Tanggung Jawab
- Design and implement comprehensive solar energy system layouts using industry-standard engineering software
- Conduct site assessments, feasibility studies, and energy load calculations for solar projects
- Oversee installation, commissioning, and maintenance of photovoltaic systems across diverse applications
- Develop technical documentation including schematics, reports, and operation manuals
- Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and optimize energy output through data analysis
- Ensure compliance with local electrical codes, safety standards, and renewable energy regulations
- Lead and mentor junior engineers while coordinating with contractors, suppliers, and stakeholders
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or Renewable Energy Systems
- Minimum 3 years of experience in solar PV system design and implementation
- Proficiency in engineering software (AutoCAD, PVsyst, ETAP) and energy modeling tools
- Strong knowledge of solar technologies, inverters, battery storage, and grid integration
- Professional Engineer (PE) license or relevant industry certifications (e.g., NABCEP)
- Proven project management skills with ability to deliver complex engineering projects
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to technical detail
- Strong communication skills for stakeholder collaboration and technical documentation
