Tanggung Jawab
- Monitor and maintain the operational integrity of the PPA Network and Management Systems.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical incidents related to network connectivity, hardware, and software configurations.
- Perform regular system health checks, patch management, and firmware updates to ensure peak performance.
- Document technical processes, incident reports, and standard operating procedures (SOPs) for internal knowledge sharing.
- Collaborate with vendors and service providers to resolve escalated technical issues.
- Assist in the deployment of network infrastructure upgrades and new system integrations.
- Ensure compliance with security protocols and data protection standards across all managed systems.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in technical support, network engineering, or system administration.
- Strong understanding of network protocols (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN) and management tools.
- Experience with PPA Network systems or similar telecommunications infrastructure is highly preferred.
- Proficiency in diagnosing hardware and software-related network outages.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Strong analytical mindset and the ability to work effectively under pressure.
- Relevant certifications such as CCNA, CompTIA Network+, or similar are a distinct advantage.
