Tanggung Jawab
- Provide comprehensive technical support to internal staff, diagnosing and resolving hardware and software issues efficiently.
- Perform regular system maintenance, updates, and upgrades to ensure optimal performance and security.
- Monitor network infrastructure and server health to prevent downtime and ensure reliable connectivity.
- Document technical procedures, troubleshooting guides, and system configurations for future reference.
- Collaborate with management to identify technical needs and implement scalable, cost-effective solutions.
- Respond to service tickets and inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related Engineering field.
- Proven experience in technical support, system administration, or engineering maintenance.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot complex technical scenarios independently.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, for interacting with non-technical staff.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team environment under tight deadlines.
