Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related technical field; Master's preferred
- Minimum 8+ years engineering experience with 3+ years in leadership role
- Strong expertise in fabrication processes and facility management systems
- Proven track record of leading technical teams and complex projects
- Proficiency in engineering software (AutoCAD, SolidWorks) and project management tools
- Excellent problem-solving skills with analytical mindset
- Certification in Six Sigma or Project Management (PMP) highly desirable
