Tanggung Jawab
- Provide comprehensive technical support, maintenance, and troubleshooting for industrial machines and precision machine tools.
- Execute the installation, calibration, and commissioning (start-up) of new equipment at client sites.
- Conduct regular preventive maintenance and performance inspections to ensure optimal machine uptime.
- Serve as the primary technical point of contact for clients, delivering professional after-sales support and technical guidance.
- Diagnose mechanical, electrical, and control system issues promptly, ensuring minimal downtime for operations.
- Maintain accurate service records, technical reports, and documentation for all field interventions.
- Provide training or operational briefings to client staff on correct machine handling and safety protocols.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma (D3) or Bachelor’s Degree (S1) in Mechanical, Electrical, or Mechatronics Engineering.
- Minimum 2-3 years of proven experience in technical field service, specifically within the industrial machinery or machine tools sector.
- Strong understanding of industrial automation, hydraulic, pneumatic, and control systems.
- Proficiency in reading technical blueprints, electrical schematics, and mechanical diagrams.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills in both Indonesian and English.
- Ability to travel frequently to client locations within Jakarta Raya and surrounding industrial areas.
- Strong customer-service orientation with the ability to manage stressful field conditions effectively.
