Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee technical operations and field service management for commercial/residential properties
- Coordinate vendor relationships and contractor performance for maintenance projects
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and technical standards
- Develop and implement preventive maintenance schedules for building systems
- Manage technical documentation and reporting systems
- Provide technical support to internal teams and property stakeholders
- Monitor energy efficiency and sustainability initiatives across properties
- Investigate and resolve complex technical issues in field operations
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Facilities Management, or related technical field
- Minimum 3 years' experience in technical operations or field service management
- Strong knowledge of HVAC, electrical, and building automation systems
- Certification in facilities management or technical trade (e.g., BOMA, CFM)
- Proficiency in CAD/BIM software and property management systems
- Excellent problem-solving and vendor negotiation skills
- Valid Singaporean work permit or citizenship
- Ability to work independently under minimal supervision
