Cheng Xin Shipmanagement Pte Ltd is seeking a highly motivated Technical Executive to join our dynamic team in the heart of Downtown Tanjong Pagar. In this pivotal role, you will play a key part in the technical coordination and operational excellence of our shipping fleet, ensuring that our vessels operate at peak efficiency and meet all international safety and regulatory standards.

Tanggung Jawab
- Assist in the day-to-day technical operations and maintenance coordination for the assigned fleet.
- Monitor vessel performance and ensure compliance with classification society rules and statutory requirements.
- Coordinate with vendors, shipyards, and technical suppliers to facilitate timely repairs and supply delivery.
- Maintain accurate technical records, documentation, and reporting for fleet status tracking.
- Assist in the preparation and monitoring of technical budgets and expenditure reports.
- Participate in vessel inspections and pre-docking planning to ensure operational readiness.
- Liaise with shipboard personnel to resolve technical issues and optimize shipboard maintenance routines.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Degree in Marine Engineering, Naval Architecture, or a relevant Maritime Studies discipline.
- Minimum 2-3 years of working experience in ship management, maritime logistics, or technical shipping operations.
- Strong understanding of maritime regulations, ISM code, and vessel maintenance procedures.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and ship management software.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate across multicultural teams.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
- Prior seagoing experience or experience in technical shore support is highly advantageous.
