Tanggung Jawab
- Design, develop, and optimize large-scale language models for diverse applications
- Lead research initiatives in advanced NLP techniques including transformers and multimodal systems
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate LLM solutions into production environments
- Implement scalable training pipelines and performance optimization strategies
- Develop robust evaluation frameworks for model accuracy, bias detection, and ethical AI
- Mentor junior engineers and contribute to technical documentation and best practices
- Stay current with emerging AI research and implement state-of-the-art methodologies
Kualifikasi
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Machine Learning, or related field
- 5+ years of experience developing production-level large language models
- Expertise in deep learning frameworks (PyTorch, TensorFlow) and distributed training
- Strong programming skills in Python with experience in ML libraries
- Published research in top-tier AI/NLP conferences or proven industry impact
- Experience with model deployment, MLOps, and cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure)
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and communication skills
