Tanggung Jawab
- Design, train, and fine-tune large-scale Language Models (LLMs) tailored for specific business domains.
- Optimize model inference performance and reduce latency for real-time applications.
- Conduct research on cutting-edge NLP architectures and algorithms.
- Collaborate with product managers and designers to translate technical requirements into high-impact features.
- Implement rigorous testing and evaluation frameworks to ensure model accuracy, safety, and fairness.
- Mentor junior team members and contribute to a culture of technical excellence.
Kualifikasi
- PhD or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Machine Learning, or a related technical field.
- Strong proficiency in Python and deep learning frameworks (PyTorch or TensorFlow).
- Extensive experience with Transformer architectures (e.g., BERT, GPT, LLaMA) and pre-training techniques.
- Proven track record of publishing research papers in top-tier AI conferences (NeurIPS, ICML, ACL).
- Experience with MLOps, model serving infrastructure, and cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
