Are you a detail-oriented design professional with a passion for precision? VA Masters is seeking a skilled Technical Furniture Planner to join our growing team. In this role, you will play a critical part in translating creative concepts into highly technical, actionable furniture plans that ensure seamless manufacturing and assembly processes.
You will work closely with our design and production teams to optimize furniture layouts, manage material specifications, and ensure all technical documentation meets our high standards for quality and functionality. Tanggung Jawab
- Create and maintain precise 3D models and technical shop drawings using Rhino.
- Develop detailed assembly instructions and exploded view diagrams for furniture components.
- Collaborate with the manufacturing team to ensure designs are optimized for production efficiency.
- Review project specifications to ensure all furniture items meet design intent and ergonomic requirements.
- Prepare bill of materials (BOM) and material specifications for procurement.
- Perform quality checks on technical drawings to identify and resolve potential construction conflicts.
- Manage project documentation and ensure all revisions are tracked and communicated to stakeholders.
Kualifikasi
- Proven experience as a Furniture Planner, Technical Designer, or similar role.
- Advanced proficiency in Rhino (Rhinoceros 3D) is mandatory.
- Strong understanding of furniture manufacturing processes, materials, and joinery methods.
- Ability to interpret architectural floor plans and interior design schematics.
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to work with high levels of mathematical and spatial accuracy.
- Strong communication skills to collaborate effectively in a remote/distributed team setup.
- A portfolio demonstrating technical proficiency and complex furniture design documentation.
