Q2 HR Solutions Inc., on behalf of our respected client in Quezon City, is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Technical Head (Automotive) to lead their service department to new heights of excellence.
About the Role: This is a critical leadership position where you will be the driving force behind all technical activities. Your mission will be to ensure the highest standards of repair quality, safety compliance, and team performance. You will bridge the gap between the management team and the technical staff, translating strategic goals into actionable plans on the workshop floor.
What You Will Do: You will oversee a team of technicians, manage complex diagnostic tasks, enforce rigorous quality checks, and maintain a safe, organized, and efficient work environment. Your expertise will be vital in training staff on new technologies and procedures, managing parts inventory, and ensuring that every vehicle leaving the facility meets the strictest quality benchmarks.

Tanggung Jawab
- Lead and mentor the technical services team, conducting performance reviews and identifying training needs.
- Oversee the daily workflow of the automotive repair and maintenance department to ensure timely and high-quality service.
- Implement rigorous quality assurance protocols and enforce strict safety regulations across all operations.
- Diagnose complex mechanical and electronic issues, providing expert guidance and technical support.
- Manage inventory levels for parts and supplies, optimizing costs and minimizing downtime.
- Collaborate with the management team to develop strategic plans, budgets, and operational forecasts.
- Ensure all service equipment is well-maintained and calibrated to the manufacturer’s specifications.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Automotive Technology, or a related engineering discipline.
- Minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in automotive repair and maintenance, with at least 3 years in a supervisory or managerial role.
- Comprehensive understanding of modern vehicle systems, diagnostic tools, and repair methodologies.
- Strong track record in implementing quality control systems and promoting a safety-first culture.
- Excellent leadership, interpersonal, and conflict-resolution skills.
- Proficiency in preparing technical reports, KPIs, and departmental budgets.
- Relevant professional certifications (e.g., ASE, NCII, or equivalent) are a distinct advantage.
