We are seeking a highly skilled and results-driven Technical Head (Electrical & Mechanical) to lead our technical operations in Banjarmasin Selatan. In this critical leadership role, you will be responsible for overseeing the maintenance, optimization, and strategic development of all electrical and mechanical systems. The ideal candidate is a proactive problem-solver with a strong background in engineering management, capable of leading cross-functional teams to ensure operational excellence and safety compliance.

Tanggung Jawab
- Lead and mentor the electrical and mechanical engineering teams to meet operational KPIs.
- Develop and implement preventive maintenance schedules for all critical machinery and infrastructure.
- Oversee the installation, testing, and commissioning of new electrical and mechanical equipment.
- Ensure full compliance with local safety regulations, environmental standards, and company policies.
- Analyze technical data to identify bottlenecks and implement cost-effective improvement strategies.
- Manage technical budgets, procurement of spare parts, and coordination with external vendors.
- Provide technical support during emergency breakdowns to minimize operational disruption.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5-8 years of experience in an industrial or technical leadership role.
- In-depth knowledge of electrical systems, mechanical machinery, PLC/SCADA, and preventive maintenance protocols.
- Proven ability to manage multidisciplinary teams in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and decision-making skills.
- Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is required.
- Willingness to be based in Banjarmasin Selatan, Kalimantan Selatan.
