Tanggung Jawab
- Provide first-level technical support to end-users via phone, email, and chat.
- Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network connectivity issues promptly.
- Document all interactions and incidents accurately within the ticketing system.
- Escalate complex technical issues to the appropriate internal teams according to established SOPs.
- Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction through professional and empathetic communication.
- Assist in the deployment and configuration of user accounts and peripheral equipment.
- Participate in team meetings and training sessions to stay updated on new technologies and processes.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
- At least 6 months to 1 year of experience in a Technical Help Desk or Service Desk environment.
- Strong understanding of Windows/Mac OS environments and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Solid grasp of networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, DNS, VPN).
- Excellent command of the English language, both written and verbal.
- Demonstrated ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a high-volume environment.
- Willingness to work on shifting schedules, including weekends and holidays.
