Tanggung Jawab

  • Provide first-level technical support to end-users via phone, email, and chat.
  • Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network connectivity issues promptly.
  • Document all interactions and incidents accurately within the ticketing system.
  • Escalate complex technical issues to the appropriate internal teams according to established SOPs.
  • Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction through professional and empathetic communication.
  • Assist in the deployment and configuration of user accounts and peripheral equipment.
  • Participate in team meetings and training sessions to stay updated on new technologies and processes.

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
  • At least 6 months to 1 year of experience in a Technical Help Desk or Service Desk environment.
  • Strong understanding of Windows/Mac OS environments and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Solid grasp of networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, DNS, VPN).
  • Excellent command of the English language, both written and verbal.
  • Demonstrated ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a high-volume environment.
  • Willingness to work on shifting schedules, including weekends and holidays.
