Are you a strategic IT leader with a passion for building scalable, high-performance infrastructure? We are seeking a Technical Infrastructure Lead to join our team in Makati City. This is a mission-critical role where you will oversee the stability, security, and scalability of our IT infrastructure across the APAC region while collaborating with global vendor partners.
In this position, you will act as the bridge between high-level architectural strategy and day-to-day operational excellence. You will lead a dedicated support team, ensuring that our technical ecosystem supports the rapid growth and evolving needs of the business. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in cloud infrastructure, network architecture, and vendor management, with a proven track record of maintaining high service availability in a global environment.
Tanggung Jawab
- Lead, mentor, and manage the IT infrastructure and support teams across the APAC region.
- Develop and execute a comprehensive infrastructure roadmap that aligns with global business objectives.
- Manage relationships and SLAs with extended infrastructure suppliers and managed service providers globally.
- Oversee system uptime, performance monitoring, and incident response protocols to ensure operational resilience.
- Drive the implementation of cloud migration strategies and optimize existing infrastructure for cost-efficiency.
- Ensure compliance with security standards, data privacy regulations, and internal IT governance policies.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to plan for disaster recovery, business continuity, and system scalability.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Minimum of 7+ years of experience in IT infrastructure management, with at least 3 years in a leadership capacity.
- In-depth knowledge of cloud environments (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud) and hybrid IT architectures.
- Strong background in enterprise network management, server administration, and cybersecurity best practices.
- Proven experience in managing third-party vendors and external service providers on a global scale.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate complex technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders.
- ITIL certification or equivalent framework knowledge is highly preferred.
