Tanggung Jawab
- Deliver hands-on technical training programs for heavy equipment, machinery, automotive, and electrical systems
- Develop and update curriculum materials including lesson plans, assessments, and practical exercises
- Provide individualized coaching to students while maintaining strict safety protocols
- Conduct equipment demonstrations and troubleshoot technical issues in real-time
- Evaluate student performance and provide constructive feedback for skill improvement
- Collaborate with industry partners to align training with current market needs
- Maintain training equipment and ensure optimal learning conditions
- Track student progress and maintain comprehensive training documentation
Kualifikasi
- Education: Minimum SMK/Senior Vocational School in Heavy Equipment Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Automotive Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related technical field
- Technical Proficiency: Demonstrated expertise in at least one specialized technical area (heavy equipment, machinery, automotive, or electrical systems)
- Teaching Experience: 1+ years in technical instruction or vocational training preferred
- Communication Skills: Ability to explain complex technical concepts clearly to diverse learners
- Practical Skills: Hands-on experience with relevant equipment and tools
- Safety Awareness: Strong commitment to enforcing workplace safety standards
- Adaptability: Ability to develop training materials for different skill levels
- Industry Certifications: Relevant technical certifications (e.g., heavy equipment operation, automotive repair) are advantageous
