Tanggung Jawab
- Lead, mentor, and manage a team of software engineers, fostering a culture of high performance and continuous improvement.
- Define and own the technical architecture, ensuring scalability, performance, and security across all systems.
- Collaborate with product managers and stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical specifications and actionable plans.
- Conduct rigorous code reviews and enforce coding standards and best practices.
- Oversee project timelines, sprint planning, and resource allocation to ensure timely delivery of milestones.
- Drive the adoption of Agile/Scrum methodologies and DevOps practices.
- Serve as the escalation point for complex technical issues, providing hands-on troubleshooting and strategic solutions.
- Stay abreast of emerging technologies and assess their potential impact on the company's product roadmap.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Master's degree is a plus.
- At least 6-8 years of professional experience in software development, with a minimum of 3 years in a leadership or technical lead capacity.
- Extensive experience with modern programming languages and frameworks (e.g., Java, .NET, Python, Node.js, or PHP).
- Strong understanding of software architecture patterns (Microservices, SOA, Event-Driven Architecture).
- Deep experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to make data-driven decisions.
- Superior communication and stakeholder management skills, with experience in presenting to technical and non-technical audiences.
- Proven track record of delivering complex projects using Agile methodologies.
