Tanggung Jawab
- Lead and mentor a cross-functional engineering team to deliver high-quality software products.
- Define and maintain the technical architecture, ensuring systems are scalable, secure, and performant.
- Collaborate closely with product managers and stakeholders to translate business goals into technical requirements.
- Conduct rigorous code reviews and establish best practices for software development lifecycles.
- Proactively identify and mitigate technical debt to ensure long-term system stability.
- Facilitate agile ceremonies and drive team productivity through effective sprint planning.
- Stay abreast of emerging technologies and advocate for the adoption of modern tools and frameworks.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
- Minimum of 5-7 years of professional experience in software development with at least 2 years in a leadership or senior role.
- Deep expertise in modern programming languages (e.g., Java, Python, Go, or JavaScript).
- Proven track record in architecting distributed systems and cloud-based applications (AWS/Azure/GCP).
- Strong understanding of CI/CD pipelines, containerization (Docker/Kubernetes), and database management.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and lead technical teams.
- Experience working in an Agile/Scrum environment.
