Tanggung Jawab
- Lead the end-to-end development and maintenance of cross-platform mobile applications using React Native and JavaScript.
- Architect scalable, maintainable, and secure codebases while enforcing best coding practices and architectural patterns.
- Mentor and guide a team of junior and mid-level developers, fostering a culture of continuous learning, collaboration, and technical growth.
- Conduct rigorous code reviews, design technical architecture, and perform performance optimization to ensure product quality.
- Collaborate closely with product managers and UI/UX designers to translate business requirements into technical specifications.
- Troubleshoot complex technical issues and implement robust, timely solutions to keep projects on track.
- Stay abreast of the latest industry trends, tools, and frameworks to drive innovation within the development team.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related technical field.
- Minimum of 5+ years of professional software development experience, with at least 2 years in a lead or senior engineering role.
- Strong proficiency in JavaScript, TypeScript, and React Native framework.
- Deep understanding of mobile app architecture, state management (Redux, MobX), and RESTful API integration.
- Proven experience in managing development teams, mentoring engineers, and conducting code reviews.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, Agile environment.
- Strong communication skills (verbal and written) to effectively articulate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
