Tanggung Jawab
- Lead the design, development, and implementation of robust deposit system modules and features.
- Provide expert architectural guidance and technical oversight to ensure system scalability and reliability.
- Mentor and coach a team of software engineers, conducting thorough code reviews and fostering technical growth.
- Collaborate closely with product managers and stakeholders to translate business needs into actionable technical specifications.
- Oversee the integration of deposit systems with core banking platforms and third-party financial services.
- Ensure adherence to industry best practices for security, data privacy, and financial regulatory compliance.
- Identify and resolve complex technical bottlenecks and performance issues in high-transaction environments.
- Drive the adoption of modern DevOps practices to enhance deployment efficiency and software quality.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related engineering field.
- Minimum of 8 years of professional software development experience, with at least 3 years in a leadership or architectural role.
- Proven expertise in Deposit Systems, Core Banking, or similar financial transactional platforms.
- Strong proficiency in backend technologies such as Java (Spring Boot), .NET Core, or equivalent enterprise frameworks.
- Hands-on experience with microservices architecture, RESTful APIs, and event-driven design.
- Deep understanding of relational databases (SQL) and performance tuning for large-scale data sets.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Previous experience working in an Agile/Scrum environment is highly preferred.
