Tanggung Jawab
- Lead and execute end-to-end data center and cloud migration strategies.
- Architect, implement, and maintain high-availability infrastructure environments.
- Provide technical leadership and mentorship to the engineering team during migration sprints.
- Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to define project scope, timelines, and technical requirements.
- Monitor and optimize system performance, ensuring adherence to security and compliance standards.
- Develop detailed documentation for infrastructure architecture, migration playbooks, and disaster recovery plans.
- Conduct root cause analysis for infrastructure incidents and implement proactive mitigation strategies.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum 5+ years of experience in infrastructure engineering with a proven track record in complex migrations.
- Deep understanding of hybrid cloud environments (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and on-premise data centers.
- Proficiency in infrastructure-as-code (Terraform, Ansible) and CI/CD pipeline integration.
- Strong expertise in networking fundamentals, storage protocols, and server virtualization.
- Proven ability to lead technical teams and manage project delivery in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills in a professional setting.
