- Lead the architectural design, development, and delivery of complex software systems for advanced instrumentation products.
- Define and champion technical standards, coding best practices, and software development methodologies across the team.
- Mentor and guide a team of software engineers, conducting thorough code reviews and fostering professional growth.
- Collaborate with product management and hardware teams to translate product roadmaps into concrete technical plans and milestones.
- Drive the adoption of Agile/Scrum practices, ensuring predictable and high-quality software releases.
- Conduct rigorous technical investigations into new domains, rapidly prototyping solutions to mitigate risks and validate concepts.
- Oversee system integration, testing, and deployment, ensuring robustness, performance, and security at scale.
- Stay current with industry trends and emerging technologies to continuously evolve the software architecture and toolchain.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a closely related field.
- Minimum 7-10 years of hands-on software development experience with at least 3 years in a technical leadership or team lead role.
- Deep proficiency in modern programming languages such as C#, C++, and Python.
- Extensive experience in embedded software development, real-time operating systems, and hardware-software integration.
- Proven track record of architecting and successfully shipping complex software products for instrumentation, industrial automation, or medical devices.
- Strong foundation in software design patterns, object-oriented design, and distributed systems.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence technical decisions across the organization.
- Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies, CI/CD pipelines, and DevOps practices is highly valued.
