Tanggung Jawab
- Lead the full software development lifecycle (SDLC) for high-traffic Java-based financial applications.
- Design scalable, secure, and high-performance system architectures meeting strict banking standards.
- Provide technical leadership and mentorship to the development team, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous learning.
- Collaborate with product managers and stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical specifications.
- Conduct code reviews and enforce coding standards to ensure application security, maintainability, and efficiency.
- Troubleshoot complex production issues and provide strategic resolutions to minimize downtime.
- Stay abreast of emerging technologies and propose innovative solutions to enhance existing product suites.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 6-8 years of professional experience in Java/J2EE development, specifically within enterprise environments.
- Solid understanding of Spring Framework (Boot, Cloud, Security) and Hibernate/JPA.
- Proven experience in microservices architecture, RESTful API design, and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Strong knowledge of relational databases (Oracle, PostgreSQL) and transaction management.
- Experience in the financial or banking industry is highly preferred.
- Exceptional problem-solving skills and the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
