Tanggung Jawab
- Lead the full software development lifecycle (SDLC) for enterprise applications using Java and the intra-mart platform.
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to a team of developers to ensure high-quality code standards.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business requirements into scalable technical specifications.
- Conduct rigorous code reviews and implement best practices for application security and performance.
- Drive the architectural design and system integration strategies for complex enterprise modules.
- Manage deployment cycles and troubleshoot critical production issues to ensure high availability.
- Bridge communication between offshore/onshore technical teams and local management.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum of 6-8 years of experience in Java/J2EE development, with significant experience in a lead capacity.
- Proven expertise in the intra-mart development framework or similar enterprise workflow platforms.
- Deep understanding of relational databases (SQL, Oracle) and ORM frameworks.
- Strong experience with RESTful APIs, microservices, and modern integration patterns.
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to manage timelines and project expectations effectively.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to architectural challenges.
