Tanggung Jawab
- Set the architectural vision and long-term technical roadmap for our core SaaS platform.
- Lead and mentor a team of talented software engineers, promoting best practices in code quality and CI/CD.
- Collaborate with Product Managers and stakeholders to translate business requirements into efficient technical designs.
- Ensure the reliability, security, and scalability of cloud-based applications.
- Perform code reviews and provide constructive feedback to ensure team growth and standard consistency.
- Lead the migration or optimization of legacy components to modern microservices architectures.
- Identify and mitigate technical debt to maintain platform stability and agility.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in software development, with at least 2 years in a leadership or senior role.
- Deep expertise in SaaS architecture, cloud infrastructure (AWS/Azure/GCP), and distributed systems.
- Strong proficiency in backend technologies (e.g., Node.js, Java, Python, or Go).
- Solid experience with containerization (Docker, Kubernetes) and infrastructure-as-code.
- Proven ability to manage and mentor cross-functional engineering teams.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills in a collaborative environment.
