Tanggung Jawab
- Lead and manage the technical team to ensure project milestones are met on time and within budget.
- Oversee the planning, execution, and monitoring of construction and engineering projects.

- Coordinate with clients, stakeholders, and subcontractors to address technical concerns and report progress.
- Manage project budgets, resource allocation, and procurement processes.
- Prepare detailed technical reports, proposals, and documentation for management review.

Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related technical field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a technical management or supervisory role.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage diverse teams effectively.
- Proficiency in project management software and technical documentation tools.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Valid technical license or certification is preferred.
