Beijing Hunk Times Technology Co., Ltd. is currently seeking a highly skilled and motivated Technical Manager to lead our optical module engineering operations in Seberang Perai, Penang. Tanggung Jawab
- Lead and manage the optical module engineering team, including hiring, training, and performance evaluations.
- Oversee the design, development, and mass production of optical modules to ensure high quality and reliability.
- Drive process optimization and lean manufacturing strategies to improve yield rates and reduce operational costs.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including R&D and supply chain, to align engineering goals with business objectives.
- Implement rigorous quality control measures and troubleshoot complex technical issues during production.
- Ensure full compliance with safety regulations and industry standards across all engineering projects.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Photonics, Optical Engineering, or a related technical field.
- Minimum of 5-8 years of experience in optical module engineering, with at least 2 years in a managerial or lead capacity.
- Strong technical background in optical fiber communication, WDM, and transceiver technologies.
- Proven track record of managing engineering projects from concept through to mass production.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills to effectively lead a diverse team.
- Experience with process improvement methodologies such as Six Sigma or Lean Manufacturing.
- Willingness to relocate to and work in Seberang Perai, Penang.
