In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for leading the technical team, managing key client accounts, and ensuring the seamless delivery of security system maintenance and complex projects.

Tanggung Jawab
- Lead, mentor, and manage a high-performing technical team focused on CCTV, Security Systems, and ELV solutions.
- Oversee daily service operations, ensuring all maintenance tasks and site visits are completed efficiently and to a high standard.
- Manage key client accounts, acting as the primary technical point of contact for inquiries, escalations, and relationship management.
- Coordinate technical projects from inception to completion, including site surveys, installation supervision, and system testing.
- Ensure strict adherence to safety regulations, industry best practices, and quality assurance protocols for all security infrastructure.
- Conduct regular site inspections and performance reviews to maintain service excellence and identify areas for improvement.
- Prepare detailed technical reports, project timelines, and manage budgets effectively.
Kualifikasi
- Degree in Electrical, Electronics, or Mechanical Engineering, or equivalent technical qualifications.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a managerial or senior technical role within the CCTV, Security Systems, or ELV sector.
- Strong technical knowledge of security hardware, IP cameras, cabling, and networking systems.
- Proven track record in managing service operations, maintenance delivery, and client relationships.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues under pressure.
- Valid Singapore driver's license is preferred.
