Tanggung Jawab
- Lead the daily operations, monitoring, and maintenance of mission-critical data center facilities to ensure 100% uptime and reliability.
- Oversee complex mechanical and electrical infrastructure, including HVAC, UPS, generators, and power distribution systems.
- Develop, implement, and optimize preventative maintenance schedules and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
- Manage, mentor, and evaluate a team of technical staff and facility engineers, fostering a culture of safety and excellence.
- Coordinate with external vendors, contractors, and service providers to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of services.
- Lead incident response efforts, conduct root cause analysis, and implement corrective actions to prevent future operational disruptions.
- Ensure strict compliance with all health, safety, security, and environmental (HSSE) regulations and industry standards.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Industrial Engineering, or a related technical discipline.
- Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in facility management, specifically within data center or critical infrastructure environments.
- Deep technical understanding of CRAC units, chillers, UPS systems, switchgears, and backup generators.
- Proven leadership experience with a demonstrated ability to manage, train, and inspire technical teams.
- Strong problem-solving capabilities and the ability to perform effectively under high-pressure situations.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills; proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is required.
- Relevant industry certifications (e.g., CDCP, CDCS, CFM) are highly preferred.
