Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee the end-to-end lifecycle of digital learning platforms, from initial architecture design to final deployment.
- Lead technical roadmap development to ensure scalability, security, and performance of learning management systems.
- Manage a multidisciplinary team of developers and engineers, providing mentorship and fostering a culture of technical excellence.
- Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to translate business requirements into functional, user-centric technical specifications.
- Ensure compliance with cybersecurity standards and data privacy regulations across all learning infrastructure.
- Monitor platform performance, troubleshoot complex technical issues, and drive continuous improvement through iterative testing and feedback.
- Evaluate and integrate emerging technologies, such as AI-driven learning tools and cloud-native solutions, to enhance platform capabilities.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related engineering discipline.
- Minimum 5-7 years of experience in technical management or software engineering roles, preferably within the EdTech sector.
- Proficiency in modern software development stacks (e.g., Full-stack development, AWS/Azure cloud infrastructure, and API integrations).
- Proven track record of successfully deploying large-scale enterprise digital platforms.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience with LMS/LXP architectures and understanding of SCORM/xAPI standards.
- Excellent leadership skills with a demonstrated ability to manage and motivate cross-functional teams in an Agile environment.
