Tanggung Jawab
- Lead technical support operations for enterprise networking products including routers, switches, and wireless solutions
- Design and implement scalable network architectures aligned with client business objectives
- Develop detailed technical proposals and solution presentations for enterprise clients
- Manage cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery of complex technical projects
- Provide advanced troubleshooting for mission-critical network infrastructure
- Conduct regular technical training sessions for internal staff and key partners
- Stay current with emerging networking technologies and industry best practices
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related technical field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in enterprise network engineering or technical management
- Expertise in TCP/IP protocols, routing, switching, and wireless networking
- Strong project management skills with proven track record in technical implementations
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills for client interactions
- Industry certifications (CCNP, CCIE, or equivalent) highly valued
- Experience with cloud networking solutions and security protocols
