Tanggung Jawab
- Lead and supervise the technical maintenance team for FLF operations to ensure maximum asset availability.
- Develop and implement comprehensive preventive and corrective maintenance schedules to minimize operational downtime.
- Ensure all technical activities strictly comply with HSE (Health, Safety, and Environment) regulations and maritime standards.
- Monitor and analyze equipment performance data to identify trends and implement necessary technical improvements.
- Manage technical budgets, inventory, and spare parts procurement to maintain cost-efficiency.
- Coordinate with stakeholders and on-site crews to resolve complex engineering issues effectively and promptly.
- Prepare detailed technical reports and project updates for senior management.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Marine Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 5-7 years of experience in technical management, specifically within the maritime or offshore industry.
- Deep understanding of FLF (Floating Loading Facility) systems and heavy machinery maintenance.
- Strong knowledge of international maritime safety regulations and quality management systems.
- Proven leadership experience with the ability to motivate and manage technical teams.
- Excellent analytical skills with a focus on troubleshooting and proactive maintenance.
- Proficiency in English and Indonesian (written and spoken) is essential.
