Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Chemical, or Electrical Engineering; Master's preferred
- Minimum 8 years of engineering experience with 3+ years in managerial role
- Strong knowledge of industrial processes, safety protocols, and regulatory frameworks
- Proven track record in leading complex engineering projects in industrial settings
- Expertise in risk assessment, root cause analysis, and failure prevention methodologies
- Professional certification (e.g., PMP, PE) is highly advantageous
