Tanggung Jawab
- Overseeing daily technical operations and ensuring all activities align with company goals and project timelines.
- Managing, mentoring, and developing a team of technical engineers and support staff to maximize productivity.
- Implementing and monitoring strict safety protocols (K3) and ensuring full compliance with environmental regulations.
- Analyzing technical data and operational metrics to identify areas for process improvement and efficiency gains.
- Collaborating with cross-functional departments (e.g., procurement, logistics, management) for seamless project execution.
- Preparing detailed technical reports and strategic presentations for senior management and stakeholders.
- Leading root cause analysis for technical issues and driving corrective actions.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Mining Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related technical field.
- Minimum of 8-10 years of experience in technical management, preferably within the mining or heavy equipment industry.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage diverse teams and drive performance under pressure.
- Proficiency in technical software, data analysis tools, and project management methodologies.
- Valid Technical Manager certification or equivalent professional qualification is highly preferred.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Indonesian and English.
