Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct routine inspections, preventative maintenance, and troubleshooting of hospital mechanical and electrical systems.
- Respond promptly to technical breakdowns and emergency repair requests to ensure zero downtime for critical departments.
- Assist in the planning and execution of facility improvement projects and equipment upgrades.
- Monitor facility performance metrics and maintain accurate logs of maintenance activities and repairs.
- Collaborate with external vendors and contractors to oversee specialized maintenance work and ensure compliance with safety standards.
- Support the team in conducting safety audits and implementing workplace safety protocols.
- Provide technical support for hospital equipment installation, testing, and commissioning activities.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Nitec in Mechanical, Electrical, or Building Services Engineering.
- Minimum 1-3 years of relevant experience in facilities management or technical maintenance roles.
- Strong understanding of safety regulations and operational standards in a high-traffic facility.
- Proficiency in using technical hand tools and diagnostic equipment.
- Ability to interpret technical drawings, schematics, and service manuals.
- Strong problem-solving skills with a proactive, 'can-do' attitude towards troubleshooting complex systems.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to work effectively in a team-based, multi-disciplinary healthcare environment.
