Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct routine preventive maintenance and complex repairs on bus engines, transmissions, and electrical systems.
- Perform diagnostic testing to identify and rectify mechanical and electrical faults efficiently.
- Ensure strict adherence to safety protocols, workshop standards, and environmental regulations.
- Monitor and manage workshop inventory, including ordering spare parts and tools as required.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date maintenance records and service reports.
- Collaborate with team members to optimize workflow and improve workshop productivity.
- Conduct pre-delivery inspections to ensure vehicles are roadworthy before dispatch.
Kualifikasi
- GCE 'N' or 'O' level qualification, or a relevant Technical Certificate in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
- Relevant working experience in a workshop or maintenance environment is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of bus systems, hydraulic systems, and diagnostics tools.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, including shift work and weekends.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and a commitment to quality.
- Valid Basic Workplace Safety and Health (WSH) Certificate is an advantage.
