Tanggung Jawab

  • Plan and execute electrical condition monitoring programs for power grid assets, including transformers, switchgears, and cables.
  • Conduct diagnostic tests and analyses (e.g., partial discharge, thermography, oil analysis) to assess asset health.
  • Analyze monitoring data to identify trends, anomalies, and potential failures, and deliver actionable insights.
  • Lead and supervise contractors during monitoring activities, ensuring compliance with safety standards and work procedures.
  • Maintain and calibrate monitoring instruments and equipment to ensure accuracy and reliability.
  • Coordinate with engineering and maintenance teams to implement asset updates, modifications, and improvement plans.
  • Prepare technical reports and documentation on condition monitoring findings and recommendations.
  • Contribute to the development and optimization of asset analytics frameworks and predictive maintenance strategies.

Kualifikasi

  • Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
  • At least 2 years of experience in electrical condition monitoring, asset management, or power system diagnostics.
  • Strong knowledge of condition monitoring techniques (e.g., PD, IR, oil analysis) and diagnostic equipment.
  • Proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools (e.g., Excel, Python, or asset management software).
  • Experience in managing contractors and ensuring workplace safety.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Good communication and teamwork abilities.
  • Familiarity with smart grid technologies and asset analytics platforms is a plus.
