Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct routine inspections and preventive maintenance on high and low voltage electrical distribution equipment.
- Perform timely troubleshooting and repairs on power grid assets to minimize service disruptions.
- Monitor the performance of electrical systems and document operational data for trend analysis and improvement.
- Execute complex switching operations in accordance with strict safety protocols and standard operating procedures.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to resolve field-related technical issues efficiently.
- Maintain compliance with all regulatory safety standards and electrical codes while working on-site.
- Participate in emergency response efforts to restore power supply during outages or system failures.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Nitec in Electrical Engineering or a related technical discipline.
- Proven experience in power distribution, electrical maintenance, or grid operations is highly preferred.
- Strong understanding of high voltage (HV) and low voltage (LV) systems and safety regulations.
- Ability to interpret electrical blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals with precision.
- Possession of a valid electrical license (e.g., EMA LEW) is an added advantage.
- Physical capability to perform field-based work in various environmental conditions.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to remain calm and effective under pressure.
- Good communication skills and a team-player attitude.
