SP Group is seeking a highly organized Technical Officer (GIS, Mapping & Earthworks Administration) to join our dynamic team in Kallang. In this pivotal role, you will act as a bridge between internal project teams, external contractors, and land surveyors to ensure the seamless execution of mapping and earthworks administration.
You will be instrumental in maintaining the integrity of our geographical data, ensuring that all survey drawings and earthwork submissions meet the high standards required for our large-scale utility projects. Tanggung Jawab
- Coordinate effectively with project officers, external surveyors, and contractors to ensure the accuracy of project documentation.
- Manage and verify the timely submission of survey drawings, as-built plans, and mapping data.
- Perform quality checks on earthworks administration documentation to ensure compliance with SP Group standards.
- Maintain and update GIS databases to reflect the latest site conditions and project progress.
- Provide technical administrative support for ongoing engineering projects, ensuring all deliverables meet project timelines.
- Troubleshoot discrepancies in survey data and coordinate with relevant parties for immediate rectification.
- Maintain comprehensive records of project mapping, earthwork permits, and site survey documentation.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Degree in Geomatics, Civil Engineering, GIS, or a related technical discipline.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in mapping, land surveying, or earthworks administration.
- Proficiency in GIS software (e.g., ArcGIS, QGIS) and CAD tools for review purposes.
- Strong understanding of survey plans, topography, and earthwork calculations.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills for effective stakeholder management.
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment while maintaining meticulous attention to detail.
- Competency in Microsoft Office Suite and project management documentation software.
