Tanggung Jawab
- Coordinate and supervise M&E works on-site to ensure compliance with project specifications and safety standards.
- Perform daily site inspections to monitor work progress and quality control.
- Liaise with sub-contractors, consultants, and clients to resolve technical issues and site queries effectively.
- Maintain comprehensive site documentation, including daily progress reports, technical logs, and safety records.
- Assist in the preparation of method statements, risk assessments, and project scheduling.
- Identify potential design conflicts or site bottlenecks and propose actionable engineering solutions.
- Ensure all installations meet regulatory requirements and building codes.
- Attend site meetings and provide technical input to ensure timely project delivery.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Building Services Engineering.
- Minimum 1-3 years of relevant experience in M&E projects within the construction or building industry.
- Strong understanding of M&E systems, including HVAC, electrical distribution, or fire protection.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD or BIM software is highly advantageous.
- Possess a valid safety certification (e.g., BCSS or equivalent) is preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to manage diverse site teams.
- Ability to work independently under pressure and meet project deadlines.
- Must be available for immediate or short-notice commencement.
