Tanggung Jawab
- Install, calibrate, and maintain mechanical equipment and systems to ensure optimal performance
- Conduct regular inspections and preventive maintenance to minimize downtime and safety risks
- Diagnose complex mechanical failures using diagnostic tools and technical schematics
- Prepare detailed technical documentation including maintenance logs and performance reports
- Coordinate with vendors and contractors for equipment upgrades and repairs
- Implement safety protocols and compliance standards for mechanical operations
- Train junior staff on equipment operation and maintenance best practices
- Monitor equipment performance metrics and recommend optimization strategies
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Degree in Mechanical Engineering or related technical field
- Minimum 2 years of experience in mechanical maintenance or technical operations
- Strong knowledge of mechanical systems, pneumatics, hydraulics, and industrial machinery
- Proficiency in reading technical drawings, schematics, and maintenance manuals
- Certification in mechanical maintenance or industrial safety (e.g., OSHA) preferred
