At PERSOL, we are committed to powering Singapore's green transportation future. We are now seeking a dedicated Technical Officer (Mobility) to join our team in Kallang. In this contract role, you will be responsible for the planning and coordination of maintenance activities for our network of electric vehicle (EV) charging stations. You will work closely with contractors, internal stakeholders, and service providers to ensure all charging infrastructure operates at peak efficiency and meets stringent safety standards.
This role offers a unique blend of technical and operational responsibilities. You will be the main point of contact for maintenance scheduling, site inspections, and troubleshooting. Your ability to manage multiple tasks and communicate effectively will be key to success. As the mobility landscape evolves, you will also play a part in supporting new installations and upgrades.

Tanggung Jawab
- Plan and schedule routine maintenance for EV charging stations across assigned locations.
- Coordinate with external contractors for repair and preventive maintenance services.
- Conduct on-site inspections to ensure safety and quality compliance.
- Troubleshoot technical issues and provide timely resolutions.
- Maintain accurate documentation of maintenance activities and spare parts inventory.
- Assist in the commissioning and testing of new charging units.
- Support internal teams with technical advice on EV charging operations.
- Monitor performance metrics and generate reports for management.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in maintenance, technical support, or facilities management.
- Valid Class 3 driving license (essential).
- Knowledge of EV charging systems and infrastructure is an advantage.
- Strong organizational and coordination skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
- Familiarity with workplace safety regulations in Singapore.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic reporting tools.
