Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee the maintenance, configuration, and troubleshooting of SCADA systems and Distribution Remote Terminal Units (RTUs).
- Execute preventive and corrective maintenance schedules to ensure zero downtime for critical grid infrastructure.
- Diagnose and resolve complex technical faults within the automation network promptly.
- Support the implementation of cybersecurity protocols in accordance with ISO27001 standards.
- Manage end-to-end SCADA project lifecycles, including site deployment and system testing.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to upgrade hardware and software components across field sites.
- Maintain accurate technical documentation for all system configurations and maintenance activities.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 2-3 years of relevant experience in industrial automation, SCADA systems, or power distribution.
- Solid understanding of RTU protocols, communication interfaces (DNP3, Modbus, IEC 61850), and network security.
- Experience in troubleshooting electrical/electronic components and field instrumentation.
- Familiarity with ISO27001 cybersecurity compliance and industrial risk management.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to safety and operational efficiency.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a field-based, high-pressure environment.
