In this role, you will be the backbone of our clinical training programs, ensuring that our medical simulation environments operate seamlessly to provide world-class education for healthcare professionals.
As a Technical Officer, you will bridge the gap between complex medical training requirements and cutting-edge AV/IT solutions. You will work in a fast-paced, mission-critical environment, supporting expert instructors in the delivery of life-saving trauma simulations. This role is perfect for a detail-oriented individual who enjoys troubleshooting, logistical coordination, and supporting a team dedicated to excellence in patient care.
Tanggung Jawab
- Manage, set up, and maintain sophisticated Audio-Visual (AV) and simulation equipment for trauma training workshops.
- Provide technical support during live simulations, ensuring all systems operate without interruption.
- Coordinate logistical requirements for training sessions, including room setup, equipment staging, and material preparation.
- Conduct routine maintenance and troubleshooting of technical hardware and simulation software.
- Manage inventory of medical training consumables and technical equipment assets.
- Collaborate with medical educators and clinical staff to ensure training environments meet specific curriculum needs.
- Maintain comprehensive logs of equipment usage, maintenance schedules, and incident reports.
- Assist in the implementation of new training technologies and system upgrades within the Trauma Centre.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Degree in Engineering, Information Technology, Audio-Visual Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in an AV support, technical operations, or simulation training environment.
- Strong proficiency in troubleshooting hardware, software, and networking systems.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- A proactive mindset with a keen eye for detail and workplace safety standards.
- Strong communication skills, capable of interacting effectively with medical professionals and clinical stakeholders.
- Ability to work flexible hours to support scheduled training programs, including occasional evenings or weekends.
- Prior experience in a healthcare or hospital setting is highly advantageous.
