Join Nasdaq as a Technical Onboarding Specialist - Linux and play a pivotal role in ensuring seamless customer adoption of our cutting-edge Trade Surveillance technology. In this hands-on position, you'll be the technical bridge connecting Nasdaq's sophisticated financial solutions with our global client base. Your expertise in Linux environments will be critical to installing, configuring, and validating our surveillance systems across diverse infrastructures. You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop customized onboarding workflows, troubleshoot complex integration challenges, and deliver exceptional technical support that exceeds customer expectations. Tanggung Jawab
- Lead end-to-end technical onboarding of new/existing customers onto Nasdaq Trade Surveillance systems
- Install, configure, and validate Linux-based surveillance solutions in client environments
- Develop and execute customized testing protocols for system functionality and compliance
- Create comprehensive technical documentation and training materials for client teams
- Provide Tier 3 technical support and troubleshooting during onboarding lifecycle
- Collaborate with sales and product teams to translate client requirements into technical solutions
- Monitor and optimize onboarding processes for efficiency and customer satisfaction
- Contribute to knowledge base by documenting common issues and resolutions
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related technical field
- 3+ years of experience with Linux system administration and troubleshooting
- Proficiency in shell scripting and configuration management tools (Ansible, Puppet)
- Experience in technical onboarding, customer support, or implementation roles
- Familiarity with financial software, trading platforms, or surveillance systems preferred
- Strong problem-solving skills with ability to diagnose complex technical issues
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences
- Certifications in Linux (e.g., LFCS, RHCSA) or cloud platforms advantageous
