- Lead technical teams managing day-to-day operations of global colocation data centers
- Ensure 99.99% uptime through proactive monitoring, incident response, and capacity planning
- Develop and implement operational strategies for third-party data center partnerships
- Coordinate cross-functional projects including hardware deployments, network upgrades, and security audits
- Optimize resource utilization and cost efficiency while maintaining service quality
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives through root cause analysis and process optimization
- Collaborate with engineering teams to integrate new technologies and scale infrastructure
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related technical field
- 8+ years of experience in data center operations with 3+ years in leadership roles
- Expertise in managing third-party colocation facilities and vendor relationships
- Deep technical knowledge of server, network, storage, and power infrastructure
- Strong background in incident management and disaster recovery planning
- Proven ability to lead technical teams in high-pressure, 24/7 environments
- Experience with automation tools and infrastructure-as-code practices
