Kualifikasi
- 3+ years of experience in technical operations or IT support roles
- Proficiency in hardware troubleshooting and lifecycle management
- Familiarity with user acceptance testing methodologies and tools
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
- Experience with IT service management frameworks (ITIL preferred)
- Ability to work independently while collaborating in matrixed environments
