Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct technical presentations, product demonstrations, and workshops for prospective clients.
- Analyze client requirements and propose tailored IT solutions to address specific business challenges.
- Collaborate closely with the sales and engineering teams to develop compelling proposals and technical documentation.
- Respond to Requests for Proposal (RFPs) and technical inquiries with precision and speed.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends, competitor products, and KMZD’s product portfolio.
- Assist in the preparation of contracts and ensure smooth handovers to the delivery team.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
- Proven experience in a pre-sales, sales engineering, or technical support role within the IT sector.
- Strong presentation skills with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
- Familiarity with IT infrastructure, networking, or software development lifecycle.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and a results-oriented mindset.
- Fluency in English (verbal and written) with strong interpersonal communication skills.
- Willingness to travel for client meetings and site visits.
