Tanggung Jawab
- Partner with account managers to develop winning technical proposals and value propositions for prospective clients.
- Conduct high-impact technical demonstrations and presentations tailored to diverse stakeholder needs.
- Translate complex client requirements into scalable engineering solutions that align with ST Engineering’s service portfolio.
- Collaborate with the delivery and product teams to ensure solution feasibility and project scope accuracy.
- Participate in RFI/RFP processes, providing detailed technical input and competitive analysis.
- Build and maintain strong technical relationships with key decision-makers and influencers.
- Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitor offerings to maintain a strategic advantage.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in a technical presales, solutions architecture, or systems engineering role.
- Proven track record of success in supporting complex B2B sales cycles within the technology or engineering sector.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret business needs and articulate technical solutions clearly.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, capable of engaging both technical teams and C-suite executives.
- Proficiency in scoping project requirements and conducting technical proofs of concept (POC).
- Strong team-oriented mindset with the ability to work cross-functionally in a global organization.
