As our Technical Procurement Officer, you will be the backbone of our operational logistics. You will collaborate closely with internal stakeholders and external suppliers to streamline purchasing workflows, optimize inventory levels, and ensure that every material required for our production lines is sourced cost-effectively and delivered on time. Tanggung Jawab
- Identify, evaluate, and onboard reliable suppliers for technical materials and manufacturing components.
- Execute end-to-end procurement cycles, from purchase requisition verification to final delivery monitoring.
- Maintain comprehensive procurement documentation and ensure compliance with company purchasing policies.
- Analyze market trends and supplier performance to negotiate competitive pricing and favorable contract terms.
- Collaborate with the warehouse and production teams to forecast material requirements and prevent inventory stockouts.
- Monitor vendor performance to ensure adherence to quality standards and delivery timelines.
- Manage purchase orders (PO) and track invoices to ensure accurate financial record-keeping.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in technical procurement or purchasing within a manufacturing environment.
- Strong knowledge of supply chain logistics, inventory control principles, and procurement software (ERP/SAP).
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite, particularly Excel for data analysis and reporting.
- High level of integrity and ability to manage sensitive financial documentation.
- Strong analytical skills with a focus on problem-solving and process improvement.
